What is Printers Row Fine and Rare Books?
Printers Row Fine and Rare Books is Chicago's finest antiquarian and rare bookshop. We specialize in 16th through 20th Century American and British Literature, with the majority of our titles offered in the first edition. We also stock unusual, rare, and out-of-print titles in the following fields: History, Military History, Film, Cinematography, Drama, Stage, Art, Adventure, Psychology, Chicago History, and The Fine Arts.



Where is Printers Row Fine and Rare Books located?
Printers Row Fine and Rare Books is located at 715 South Dearborn Street, Chicago, Illinois 60605 Our showroom is located in street level retail space in the Historic Donohue Building, which from 1883 through 1971 was the World Headquarters of the M.A. Donohue Publishing Company.



What are Printers Row Fine and Rare Books Store Hours?
We are open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. We are closed on Sunday and Monday. We are available for private client appointments outside of our general business hours. Private appointments may be scheduled by telephone at least two business days in advance.



What is Printers Row Fine and Rare Books’ Return Policy?
We will happily accept the return of any book we have sold in our retail shop within 10 days of the original purchase date. We will accept the return of any book we have sold and shipped to an Internet or Mail Order customer within 10 days of the customer’s receipt of the book. Customers who desire to return a book to us must immediately notify us by email or written correspondence and explain the reason for the return. The customer must utilize the same shipping method, shipping service, and shipping rate specified in their original book order, and the customer must provide us with a tracking number for their return. In circumstances where the return is being made due to an error on our part (i.e. an error in our bibliographic description or an error in our physical description of the book’s condition) we will refund the original purchase price plus shipping both ways. In circumstances where the return is not the result of an error on our part we will refund only the original purchase price.
